Could you provide more details on when exactly the error occurred? Did it happen right at the start, or when performing a specific action?

Usually, reloading the configurator editor or clearing the browser cache helps.

Good morning @erenkamer.dev,

regarding the unexpected error you encountered: I believe this may have been caused by unicode characters that you used in a 3D model or material (yastık).

I would recommend to stick to alphanumeric characters when developing. There are certain areas where we do not allow any other characters (e.g. when something may end up in a URL), but it seems that we are missing some checks.

If you have a use case where not having unicode characters is problematic, I’d be interested to hear about it!
